"Fallout TributeInside an old decaying hospital, a man was in a deep sleep.  He had been in a coma for many, many years, and the Life Support System was running on it's last leg.  In the final seconds of the Machine's life, the mans eyes opened.   
The lighting of the room was very dim giving him little problem adjusting to it.  He sat up on the bed that he had spent many years, and with great haste unplugged all the wires that had fed food, water, and many other nutrients keeping him healthy and alive.  He got out of the bed, and stared into a mirror that was sitting on the floor. "Fallout Tribute" introIn 2018 the World as we know it ended. At first it was war with each other’s country; then it was war in each other’s country. Nobody seemed to know exactly what to do, but when North Korea finally had a fully operational missile Nuclear missile and shot Japan with it; America, Canada, England, Russia, and Germany united their military and scientific knowledge.  The combined military managed to push deep enough into North Korea and delay any more missiles to be shot, long enough for their scientist to create many Anti-Radiation Cities, or A.R.C.s. The Tales of...Part 2 SQUEEEEE(AFTER READING THIS CRAP GO TO THE ARTIST'S COMMENTS TO FIND OUT WTF THIS IS :D)  A Super Mutant was wondering through a part of DC when he was hit in the head by a large chunk of fallen debris.
